Dansk Tronada is Spanish for "tornado," which
is suggested by the textured pattern of lines that encircle the pieces'
rims and outside surfaces. A time-consuming technique - meticulous scratching
through the raw colored glazes prior to firing - exposes the natural stoneware
body through the crema color glaze applications that results in a textured
pattern of lines that encircles each piece. Diameter of dinner plate: 10
3/4",
salad plate: 8 1/4", bowl: 6 1/4"; capacity of mug: 10 oz. Pieces
are also sold individually and available in Noche as well. You can heat
up leftovers in the microwave right on the plate, then place it in the
dishwasher. Each piece of Tronada Crema works in perfect harmony with
