• I just wanted to send a quick note of "Thanks"! I just received my
  order within 7 business days. I have to admit that I was a bit
  skeptical about purchasing my place settings from your company because
  the price was so significantly discounted. However, I had gone to a
  major department store located in central Indiana and purchased Reed
  and Barton Conventry Matte at $25.99 per setting. I had to wait much
  longer for the department store to order it and have it shipped to my
  home. Upon receipt, I realized that the "feel" of the cutlery was not
  what I had wanted. So, I return it and ordered the Sienna Matte from
  your company. I am VERY pleased with it. Also, the price was
  fantastic - almost $20.00 per setting less than the department stores
